Send to Ms. Jan Walker, Centre for International Programs, University of Guelph, Guelph, ON, N1G2W1, Canada. Enclose a full return mailing address for a receipt for a charitable donation for REVENUE CANADA or US Internal Revenue, sent in February.

TO DONATE BY CREDIT CARD (VISA OR MASTERCARD) SECURELY ONLINE please read the instructions below (or download instructions rtf file) and go to the University of Guelph's website for charitable donations https://www.uoguelph.ca/alumni/cgi-bin/online_giving_secure.pl

Select i) the amount you wish to donate; ii) whether it is a pledge payment and iii) if you want to remain anonymous (select ‘yes’ if you do not wish to give personal information).

For "I would like to donate to", please choose the box: OTHER (Please specify) In this box, please type in : HIV/AIDS Cambodia.

When you fill in your full CONTACT INFORMATION, a receipt for a charitable donation for REVENUE CANADA or US Internal Revenue will be sent to you next February. Other tax-receipt issues can be typed into the box: Any other special information regarding the donation

And if you work for a company that also has a "Matching Gift Program" for donations made by its employees, please indicate this in the drop down box.
